The Role:
You’ll join a growing team with strong, long-standing relationships across the UK property sector, including developers, land promoters, and both local and national commercial clients. The work regularly involves multi-million-pound land deals, niche property acquisitions, and disposals in support of large, multi-site clients.

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years PQE as a Commercial Property Lawyer
  
  
• Proven experience in a broad range of commercial property transactions
  
  
• Specific expertise in:
  
  
  • Joint Ventures
    
    
  • Land Promotion Agreements
    
    
  • Options and Overage Agreements
    
    
  • Local Authority Agreements (Section 106, unilateral undertakings, planning agreements)
