Senior Compliance Analyst

A personal lines insurer that is going through a continued period of growth is currently seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst.

The firm are based in Essex and operate a hybrid working pattern. You will be in the office for 1 or 2 days a week, although there is some flexibility on this.

You will join a growing compliance function and work with a highly-collaborative group of people.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

• Carry out regulatory horizon scanning and report findings to relevant stakeholders
• Support on regulatory change projects
• Provide advice and guidance to the business
• Complete investigations into regulatory breaches
• Assist in the completion of group regulatory applications
• Support in the design and monitoring of the Group's governance, risk and compliance training plan

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• A minimum of three years experience gained in the compliance function of an insurance business
• Have experience of horizon scanning and compliance advisory
• Have a working knowledge of FCA and PRA regulation

This role will pay between £50,000 and £65,000 dependent on experience. The firm also offer a generous benefits package that includes a discretionary bonus.
