They will provide second line risk and compliance expertise, oversight and challenge across Vodafone Business. The role focuses on hands-on delivery, deep subject-matter expertise and trusted advisory support, enabling commercial growth while operating responsibly and within risk appetite. \nVB is a matrix organisation and the Senior Compliance Manager will coordinate with other Vodafone Group functions including regulatory, and risk. A pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset is essential, balancing risk-management with commercial priorities, ideally supported by experience in B2B telecommunications or a similarly regulated industry.\n\nImplementation of a VB risk and compliance management system based on identification of material risks, design and implementation of proportionate and tailored controls, and clear allocation of accountabilities and responsibilities in the first and second lines. \n\u2022 Support and hold to account the VB policy champions and control owners \n\u2022 Coordinate stakeholders in the VB central entities, local market VB units, and Vodafone Group functions. \n\u2022 Deliver training and awareness programmes to drive and maintain high standards and understanding in relation to compliance and ethics across VB. \n\u2022 Contribute to VB and Vodafone Group risk and compliance governance committees, including reporting in relation to the VB risk \u0026 compliance management system KPIs, control implementation failures, internal audit findings and mitigating actions. \n\u2022 Prepare clear, actionable insights to Vodafone Business leadership to support effective decision making. \n\u2022 Build strong, trusted relationships with Vodafone Business and Vodafone Group stakeholders and Vodafone Group functions including Internal Audit. \n\u2022 Provide confident, constructive challenge and advice to stakeholders at all levels on risk decisions, mitigation strategies and compliance obligations. \n\u2022 Carry out compliance and regulatory risk assessments in the context of customer deal reviews and product development.\n\n## Who you are\n\n\u2022 Significant experience in a compliance and/or risk function. \n\u2022 Experience managing and implementing risk and compliance control frameworks. \n\u2022 Regulatory compliance. \n\u2022 Enterprise and operational risk management. \n\u2022 Strong influencing capability with the confidence to challenge and advise senior stakeholders. \n\u2022 Effective community-building. \n\u2022 Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex risk issues into clear, practical guidance.\n\n## Not a perfect fit?\n\nWorried that you don\u2019t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
