Our client, one of the UK's fastest growing and dynamic Consumer Credit firms seeks a Senior Compliance Monitoring Manager to join their team.

The Role
Reports directly to a highly reputable and inspirating the Head of Compliance Monitoring, deliverables will include:

• Supporting the continuous improvement of compliance monitoring framework and function
• Leading continuous improvement activity on the monitoring methodology
• Leading second line assurance reviews in accordance with annual plan
• Taking responsibility for the full cycle of compliance monitoring from planning through to thematic reviews and reporting
• Mentoring and developing a small team of compliance monitoring managers

• Have a consumer credit background and knowledge of CONC regulations
• Have circa 5- 7 years experience of compliance monitoring experience
• Be a Monitoring Manager stepping up in to a senior role, or already be at senior level

• Up to £85K, plus bonus.
• 20% Bonus.
