Senior Conceptual Designer

Job Description

As a Senior Designers in this iconic agency you will own and lead with design-led concepts. You will create work that drives projects forward, supporting Design Directors and Creative dept. to shape project trajectory, guide the design team and unlock the creative potential of projects by crafting design-led solutions to a very high standard. You will bring ideas, energy and solid design skills to any task or stage of project; from immersion to strategy to creative expression.
As a Senior you are expected to be the driver of the designed output of a project, a confident storyteller and an amazing designer and mentor to juniors, open to new methods of collaboration, process with other designers, creatives, strategists and other members from different departments.

Day-to-day, the role will guide junior and mid-weight designers through projects that constantly work to improve the reputation and aptitude of the design department to the rest of the agency.

The agency operates a 4 day onsite in their west end studio and friday is remote working. Substantial benefits package in addition to salary.
