As a Senior Conference Producer, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping and launching world-class financial conferences that foster international dialogue and innovation. You’ll be responsible for crafting forward-thinking agendas, engaging senior executives, and delivering standout events on a global scale.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Take ownership of the full lifecycle of premium B2B finance/banking conferences - from initial research and concept creation to post-event analysis.
• Design agenda topics that resonate with current market needs, uncovering key trends and emerging opportunities.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to deliver value-packed experiences for attendees and sponsors.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry leaders, senior speakers, and high-level commercial collaborators.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in B2B conference production within the financial services/banking sectors.
• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to turn insights into compelling content strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with confidence in engaging senior stakeholders and speakers.
• A strategic thinker with a creative flair, ready to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding organisational skills, able to juggle multiple priorities while delivering exceptional results.
