As a Senior Conference Producer, you’ll be responsible for creating compelling, agenda-led events that attract senior decision-makers and high-profile speakers. You’ll take ownership of the full production cycle - from in-depth market research and topic development to speaker acquisition and on-site delivery.

• Conference production of high profile, growing financial conferences
• Conduct thorough research to identify emerging trends and pressing issues in finance
• Build high-impact conference agendas featuring senior-level speakers
• Secure C-level speakers through outreach and relationship management
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure commercial success
• Stay up to date on industry news and competitor events

• Proven experience producing conferences within the finance sector (essential)
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Commercially aware and results-driven
• Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
