Base salary up to £45,000 (DOE)+ Bonus up to £10,000 + Benefits

Are you an experienced Conference Producer looking to take the next step in your career with a clear path toward leadership? We’re partnering with a leading B2B media and events organisation to find a dynamic and driven conference producer to join their Financial Services portfolio, which includes highly respected and forward-thinking events.

This is a key role within the content team, where you'll take ownership for producing two major conferences (UK and US) and oversee see production of smaller-scale events. You’ll be responsible for in-depth market research, agenda development, and curating speaker invitations at a high level, with the support of a dedicated speaker recruitment team.

What sets this role apart is the clear progression it offers. From day one, you'll be supported by the Division Director and positioned to grow into a Head of Content role, helping shape future strategy, train and guide junior producers, and contribute to new product development across both live and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead content creation and programme development for flagship conferences
• Conduct in-depth research and engage with senior stakeholders in the financial services industry
• Collaborate with a dedicated speaker recruiter to ensure world-class speaker line-ups
• Work closely with the Director to shape future propositions and explore growth opportunities
• Mentor junior team members and support onboarding of new staff
• Contribute to digital content strategy, including unsponsored thought leadership
• Take full project management ownership of your events, from concept to delivery

What We’re Looking For:

• A Degree and a strong academic background
• Direct and current experience producing B2B conferences (2-3 years’ experience) (i.e. research, agenda writing & speaker recruitment). This is not an event operations role.
• A confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, intellectually demanding environment
• A collaborative mindset and natural leadership qualities
• Calm under pressure with a high attention to detail and content quality
• Ambition to grow into a senior or managerial role within the content function
