Senior Construction Associate

A highly regarded West End firm is looking to recruit a Senior Associate (6+ PQE) to join its specialist, Legal 500 reccomended Construction practice, working exclusively on non-contentious matters.

This is a key hire within a growing team, acting for an exceptional client base in the real estate and private wealth sectors.

The construction group sits within the wider Real Estate division and is known for its collaborative, solution-focused approach. The team advises developers, funds, family offices, HNWIs and institutional investors on all aspects of construction law, including:

• Building contracts, professional appointments, warranties and guarantees
• Complex development and regeneration projects
• High-end residential schemes, commercial offices, and mixed-use developments
• Drafting and negotiating standard form and bespoke construction documentation

You’ll work closely with partners recognised in the Legal 500 for their expertise in high-value, bespoke construction projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned construction lawyer to take on a senior, client-facing role with genuine progression prospects. You’ll have the chance to lead on complex development matters while mentoring juniors and supporting the strategic growth of the practice.

What They’re Looking For:

• England & Wales qualified solicitor with 6+ years’ PQE in non-contentious construction
• Background at a top-tier real estate or construction law firm
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial acumen
• Excellent drafting skills and a collaborative, solutions-led mindset
• Interest in mentoring junior team members and contributing to BD initiatives
