Senior Construction Claims Adjuster

Eames consulting is working closely with a well-regarded insurer who are looking to appoint a Senior Claims Adjuster within their Construction, Engineering & Energy claims team. This individual will be responsible for managing a mixed value caseload of international Construction and Engineering claims, on both a lead and follow basis.

Responsibilities:

·Oversee the end-to-end handling of First and Third Party Liability claims arising from CAR/EAR policies, from FNOL to final settlement and recovery

·Assess the initial cause of loss, verifying coverage and determining if further investigation is required

·Assist in setting claim reserves to provide management with a clear view of potential exposure

·Liaise with a number of third parties, including loss adjusters, solicitors, brokers, TPAs, throughout the life cycle of a claim

Required Experience:

·This individual must have a minimum of 5 years of experience handling construction/engineering claims. This includes those with a loss adjusting or legal background.
