Senior Construction Manager

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage construction projects from pre-construction through to completion

* Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification

* Manage health & safety compliance across all site activities

* Act as the key point of contact for clients and stakeholders on project progress

* Monitor programme, budget, and quality throughout the build process

* Mentor and support site management teams

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Senior Construction Manager, Site Manager, or similar senior site-based role

* Strong background in residential, high-rise, or fit-out construction projects

* Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations (SMSTS/CSCS required)

* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

* Right to work in the UK
