As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in managing the recruitment
process, building client relationships, and mentoring junior team members. You will be responsible
for driving business growth, delivering exceptional service to clients, and sourcing top-tier
candidates for various roles within your market.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their hiring needs
and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
Identify and acquire new clients through proactive business development efforts, networking,
and industry events.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview coordination, feedback
collection, and offer negotiation.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on market trends, talent availability, and
recruitment best practices.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, sharing best practices and helping
them achieve their professional goals.
Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and
continuous learning.
Lead by example, demonstrating high levels of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to
excellence.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success in a fast
paced agency environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
Delivery mindset: Comfortable (and skilled in) making a reasonably high volume of contacts and
connections - on a daily basis - with an unwavering determination to succeed and continuously
improve while creating excitement for prospective candidates
