About Your New Role:

As our Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will:
Engage in full-lifecycle recruitment, managing processes from candidate sourcing to final placement.
Utilise your strong networking skills to build and maintain relationships with key industry professionals.
Craft innovative strategies to attract and retain top talent, Linkedin, Social Media and Advertising.
Ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process, providing an exceptional experience for candidates and clients.

We Need Someone Who:
Thrives in managing end-to-end recruitment processes with a track record in permanent placements.
Has experience in the construction capital equipment OR mining sector and proven ability to meet recruitment targets.
Possesses excellent communication skills, capable of forging strong relationships.
Is proactive, driven, and ready to embrace a straightforward, transparent work environment.
