This role requires a seasoned medical professional who will provide expert clinical leadership and deliver comprehensive healthcare services in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

The Senior Consultant will be responsible for managing complex patient cases, developing clinical protocols, and leading multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standards of patient care. You will also play a strategic role in fostering continuous improvement initiatives and advancing family medicine practices within the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized family medicine consultations and manage complex clinical cases.
• Lead, mentor, and support healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes and ensure best practices.
• Develop and implement clinical guidelines, protocols, and quality improvement measures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care.
• Participate in clinical research, training, and development activities.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Contribute to community health education and promotion initiatives.

• Medical degree with board certification in Family Medicine.
• Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in family medicine, preferably in a leading healthcare facility.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing clinical teams.
• Proven ability to handle complex clinical cases and develop treatment plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to quality improvement and evidence-based practice.
