Senior Consultant, Organisational Performance

This is a key role within the growing Organisational Performance team within Consulting Division of Kantar.

We are looking for a highly talented, ambitious self-starter with a passion for people and capability development to work on high profile projects with global clients, largely but not exclusively, in the CPG sector.

The right candidate will ideally come from a consulting or client-side background, where they have gained a strong foundation in insight, sales and/or marketing fundamentals. This should include first-hand experience of developing & leveraging strong consumer or shopper insights, managing innovation funnels, developing highly effective brand plans, implementing those plans in an omni-channel environment and measuring the effectiveness of activation plans.

Experience of developing and/or delivering training content is highly desirable but not essential for the right profile.

This role suits someone looking to accelerate their career by joining a fast-paced consulting business, working across a range of subject matters and high-profile blue-chip clients where they will learn through doing from day one, working alongside senior leaders from a variety of backgrounds.

KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work as a key member of the Organisational Performance team, supporting on projects that include competency design & assessment, blended learning design & execution and business or functional transformation.
• Contribute to the delivery of great client experiences, aiding in client stakeholder relationship development, project management, insight development, content design and execution.
• Contribute the winning new projects with clients, writing proposals and attending client pitches.
• Help develop and refine our consulting solutions and client offerings through an up-to-date understanding of hot topics and challenges facing our clients, ensuring we are offering innovative and highly relevant products aligned to the pace of change around learning & development.

CAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE

• The ideal candidate is likely to be 4-5 years into their career; possibly currently working in a consulting, commercial, brand & marketing or insights role.
• They are looking to accelerate their personal growth in a high-paced, dynamic consulting environment where they will gain exposure to a wide range of clients, disciplines and learning experiences.
• Intellectual curiosity – a thirst for learning.
• Growth mindset – always thinking about personal and business growth opportunities.
• Strong comprehension of brand fundamentals; including but not limited to:
  • Managing Brand Health
  • Brand Planning
  • Innovation Funnels
  • Consumer & Shopper Insight
  • Shopper to Consumer Journey
  • Omni-channel Activation
• Excellent verbal & written communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder influencing and management skills.
• Experience of end-to-end project management from scoping, planning, delivery to evaluation.
• The ability to interpret data and translate this into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Commercial acumen.
• Experience of delivering against targets and KPIs.
• Expertise in developing and/or delivering learning is highly desirable.
