Senior Consultant - Strategy & Transformation

Role Summary 

Lead the translation of strategy into structured delivery, shaping transformation roadmaps, architecture and workstreams to ensure high-quality, executable outcomes.

The Role 

Lead workstreams that bridge strategy, architecture and delivery, ensuring transformation is structured, aligned and deliverable. 

What you’ll be doing 

• Translate strategy into delivery approaches, roadmaps and workstreams  

• Align strategy, operating model, architecture and execution  

• Shape capability models, processes and system landscapes  

• Lead workstreams across transformation programmes  

• Engage senior stakeholders and facilitate workshops  

• Manage risks, dependencies and priorities  

• Support proposals, solution design and growth activity  

• Contribute to internal methodologies and capability development

This role sits at the Senior Consultant level within PACT’s consulting career pathway (Analyst → Consultant → Senior Consultant → Lead → Principal), combining delivery leadership with deeper expertise and team responsibility. 

• Experience in transformation, strategy delivery or consulting roles  

• Experience leading workstreams within complex programmes  

• Strong understanding of strategy, architecture and delivery alignment  

• Ability to work across business, process and technology domains  

• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills  

• Excellent communication and presentation skills  

Desirable: 

• Higher education or transformation experience  

• Exposure to enterprise architecture or capability modelling  

• Experience working with architects or large-scale programmes
