The Liquidity Change team is responsible for overseeing changes required to the production and review of liquidity reporting and forecasting processes, ensuring we are setup for integration, future regulatory and business changes as well as supporting the efficiency agenda.
This is a lead change role, responsibility includes supporting with the assessment and delivery of required change to liquidity regulatory reporting, liquidity internal reporting and liquidity forecasting activity undertaken for planning and various stress testing activity. You’ll manage this change delivery through a team of liquidity business SMEs, supporting detailed workload planning and delivery of critical internal and regulatory liquidity reporting and forecasting.

The Liquidity Change team forms part of the wider Reporting & Forecasting team within the Treasury function at Nationwide. This role will report to a Senior Manager in the Liquidity and Product Risk Reporting team.

What you’ll be doing
Working in the Liquidity change team, you will be responsible for delivering change to Liquidity reporting and forecasting, including for integration, through a team of business SMEs supported by programme leads.
You’ll play a leadership role in a dynamic change team with a high required volume of change delivery across multiple projects and business change demand that will mean you’ll be organised, able to problem solve to support the team while ensuring all demands and deliverables are met. As we are at the heart of the business, you’ll have exposure to senior management, the ability to shape and influence the team and wider team agenda as well as managing key stakeholder relationships.
