Salt are seeing a Senior Content & PR Manager for a newly created role with one of our established clients within the burgeoning online marketplace industry.

In this high-impact role, you'll lead the development of content and PR strategies that build brand visibility, drive member engagement, and amplify the organisation's mission lead strategy.

This role is ideal for a hands-on content and PR professional with experience in fast-paced, consumer-focused or membership environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Strategy:
• Develop and lead an integrated content strategy across digital and traditional channels, ensuring consistent tone and alignment with business goals.
• Campaign Delivery:
• Oversee a multi-channel content calendar including seasonal campaigns, member stories, blogs, newsletters, video, and social content.
• Public Relations:
• Manage media relations, agency partnerships, and thought leadership initiatives to secure impactful coverage and support crisis communications.
• Member Engagement:
• Partner with community and service teams to turn member stories and user-generated content into compelling brand advocacy.
• Performance & Optimisation:
• Define KPIs, track campaign effectiveness, and use insights to optimise content and PR activity for reach, engagement, and ROI.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• Proven experience in content, PR, or communications in consumer or member-based organisations.
• Strong media relations skills and a track record of securing high-quality coverage.
• Skilled in storytelling, content personalisation, and multi-channel delivery.
• Data-driven approach to content performance and optimisation.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
