Senior Content Manager

A fast-growing tech innovator is looking for a Senior Content Manager to lead the charge in video-first content creation across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn—while leveraging AI tools to remix, optimise, and scale impact.

This is a unique opportunity to own and evolve the full content strategy: from short-form social clips to long-form YouTube content, all supported by emerging AI workflows and a strong creative team.

• Lead the video and content roadmap across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other social channels.
• Own the YouTube strategy: produce high-quality educational, product-focused, or narrative-led long-form content optimised for growth and engagement.
• Edit and produce short-form social content: remixed from long-form or shot specifically for social-first formats (Reels, Shorts, TikTok).
• Utilise AI tools (e.g., Runway, Descript, Synthesia, Pika, Chat GPT) to repurpose, subtitle, summarise, or augment video content.
• Design and manage a video publishing calendar, working cross-functionally with marketing, sales and product teams.
• Optimise content for performance: think thumbnails, hooks, tags, metadata, and trends—especially on YouTube.
• Track engagement data across platforms and iterate based on real-time feedback and performance insights.

• 3+ years experience in a video-first content role with proven success on YouTube and social platforms.
• Strong video editing expertise in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar (motion graphics skills a plus).
• A solid understanding of YouTube SEO, analytics, and content trends.
• Experience creating high-quality, story-driven video content (not just social clips).
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools for content creation and editing.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to create engaging content pipelines and measure success.
• An organised self-starter who can manage multiple content streams and deadlines.

Depending on experience, there is a salary on offer here of £45-55k but for someone exceptional we could get to £60k+. This is a great time to join this company!
