As Senior Contracts Manager, you'll take ownership of operational delivery while driving commercial success. You'll be responsible for developing new client relationships, winning contracts, building and leading an operations team from the ground up, and helping shape the future direction of the business during an exciting period of growth.

What we're looking for:
Strong knowledge of the passive fire protection sector.
Experience with fire doors, fire-rated ceilings, compartmentation, and passive fire solutions.
Commercial awareness with the ability to win work and build lasting client relationships.
A proven record of growing teams, projects, or business performance.
Strong leadership and people management experience.Package:
