Remuneration: £60,000 – £80,000neg + Company Car

The role of the Contracts Manager – Fit-Out will involve:

* Contracts / Project Manager position dealing with a range of commercial fit-out projects for retail, hospitality, educational or residential environments

* Regular site visits nationally to monitor project progress, health & safety compliance and contractor performance

* Work closely with main clients, direct labour, sub-contractors, suppliers, and other external and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth running of projects

* Carrying out health & safety reports, quality assurance, snagging, and close out with daily

* Preparing work tasks for the installations team and strategic planning of works

* Monitoring each stage of the project ensuring resources are productive and the delivery schedule is being met within budget

* Oversee projects typically up to £25m in value

The ideal applicant will be a Contracts Manager – Fit-Out with:

* Must have Contracts Management experience within the Fit-Out sector, open to candidates from shop fitting, office fit-out or commercial refurbishment

* Ideal for a candidate to have experience dealing with a Main-contractor

* Fresh outlook with the ability to adapt and influence

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

* Must be able to hit the ground running
