Senior Contracts Manager HV & LV - Hamilton

We are recruiting an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join an established business in Hamilton.

The successful candidate will lead and develop project teams, oversee HV & LV electrical project operations and take responsibility for the commercial, financial and operational performance of the business unit.

Key Responsibilities:

Work alongside the management team to drive operational performance, safety and continuous improvement.

*

Take commercial responsibility for HV & LV project profit centres, including P&L, budgets and cash flow.

*

Manage projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and quality standards.

*

Review and manage contracts, ensuring appropriate controls are in place.

*

Develop new and existing client relationships, generating quotations and securing new business opportunities.

*

Set performance targets and objectives to drive team development and business growth.

*

Manage costs, improve efficiency and maximise profitability.

*

Ensure compliance with company policies and HV/LV safety regulations.

Requirements:

*

5+ years' experience managing within an engineering business.

*

Strong commercial, financial and P&L management experience.

*

Proven team leadership and people management skills.

*

Experience in business development and increasing profitability.

*

Excellent knowledge of the HV/LV electrical engineering industry.

*

SMSTS Health & Safety for Managers.

*

Electrical Engineering qualification desirable.
