Contracts Manager / Project Director - Ground Engineering
Location: UK (Regional Role)

We are working with a leading specialist ground engineering contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Contracts Manager/Contracts Manager to support their continued growth and delivery of major projects across the UK.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced construction professional with a strong background in ground engineering, piling, foundations or specialist civils who is looking to take ownership of a regional portfolio of projects and play a key role in operational performance and business growth.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

Leading the successful delivery of multiple ground engineering projects across the region.
Providing operational leadership to project teams and supporting delivery performance.
Taking ownership of commercial performance, budgets, forecasting and project outcomes.
Managing key client relationships and supporting repeat business opportunities.
Driving safe, efficient and profitable project delivery.
Supporting the development of teams and improving operational processes.
Providing strategic input into regional growth and future opportunities.

About You

The successful candidate will ideally have:

Previous experience as a Contracts Manager, Senior Contracts Manager, Project Director or similar senior delivery role.
Strong experience within ground engineering, piling, foundations, geotechnical or specialist civils.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, teams and stakeholders.
Strong commercial awareness and contract management experience.
Excellent leadership, communication and client management skills.
A track record of delivering complex engineering projects safely and successfully.
