Senior Controls Engineer

Clear Engineering are working closely with one of the leading renewable energy companies in the UK. This position will see you manage and deliver the controls package for various large scale energy management projects across the UK.

Blackburn:
£60,000 - £70,000
£7,000 Car Allowance

Responsibilities:
Lead medium to large scale projects on Energy Control Systems, from concept through to detailed design.
Take the technical lead for control and safety systems.
Produce control systems documentation including system architecture, control philosophies and control system software specifications.
Assess and capture project requirements, developing design proposal.

Requirements:
Good working knowledge of PLC, SCADA and BMS systems.
Demonstratable working knowledge of control system protocols (Modbus, MBUS, BACnet, PROFINET, Ethernet etc.)
Good understanding of mechanical & HVAC systems.
Control system conceptual design and specification.
Must demonstrate a high level of experience in design and implementation of Control and Instrumentation systems.
