SENIOR CONVEYANCER

Hours: full time, hybrid working available

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Conveyancer to join a well-established, licensed practice based in the heart of Leeds city centre. You will manage a caseload of freehold, leasehold and new build transactions.

Daily Duties

• Title checking and dealing with enquiries/property reports on a purchase
• Dealing with enquiries on a sale
• Handling new build transactions, shared ownership and deeds of variation
• Mentoring junior members of the team
• Liaising with clients to agree exchange and completion dates
• Carrying out AML & SOF checks.

Required Skills

• Previous Residential Conveyancing experience is essential
• Experience of dealing with newbuild and complex transactions is essential
• Experience of working in a high-volume environment is desirable.
