Senior Conveyancer - Fully Remote

We have partnered up with a fantastic leading legal 500 firm with offices across the Midlands in search for new talent to join their outstanding Natioanal Conveyancing Department.

Our client are seeking legal professionals who have a desire to further develop their career and work their way up within the department. The role is opened to any qualified solicitor, legal executive, licensed conveyancer or an individual with at least 3 years conveyancing experience if unqualified.

The role would entail the following:

• Conducting and managing cases from instruction through to post-completion autonomously
• Maintaining and developing strong client relationships with a wide range of clients and introducers
• Managing a full caseload of up to 100 cases, with a focus on wider Residential Conveyancing transactions
• Responding to clients and third-parties on technical legal enquiries
• Providing an excellent service to clients and introducers, maintaining regular and proactive contact throughout the process to all parties
• Being actively involved in the development of the department, including the training and supervising of Administrators, Paralegals and Trainee Solicitors
