We are looking for a driven, conveyancing professional to join the team and continue to build on the firms already very strong reputation.

Responsibilities:

• Managing enquiries raised by buyer's solicitors on sales
• Reporting to clients on searches,
• Reporting to clients on mortgage offers
• Assisting with reports on title and, importantly, dealing with exchanges.

About you:

• Ideally around 5 years' experience in a similar conveyancing role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and solicitors.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional client service and ensuring the smooth completion of all conveyancing matters.
