Senior Conveyancing Executive

About the role

Sacco Mann has been instructed on a Senior Conveyancing Executive role based in Birmingham within the national Conveyancing Department to work on a full and varied caseload of New Build matters including:

• Help to Buy
• NHBC
• First Registrations

This would be varying in complexity from instruction through to post-completion as well as managing strong client relationships, training and supervising more junior members of the team and updating all clients throughout the process.

About You

The successful candidate for this Senior Conveyancing Executive role will ideally have at least 1 years' previous experience within Residential Conveyancing, is detail orientated and a fantastic team player. Please note, this role is open to Solicitors, Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers.
