Senior Copywriter

Job Description

Senior Copywriter wanted for one of London’s biggest agencies.

A writer that has worked across not just the usual print and digital arena but also experiential and activations. Innovation is at the heart of your thinking and execution.

Crafting engagement campaigns is second nature and you truly take pride in creating unforgettable customer experiences.

You’ll be elevating the creative work and constantly pushing for creative excellence.

You’re a hands-on Senior copywriter who can also guide less experienced teams.

You’ll be expected to go into the agency twice a week.

Key Responsibilities:

Encourage out-of-the-box thinking and challenge the status quo.
Challenge the brief.
Demonstrate expertise in your craft, with a strong understanding of all mediums.
Bring strong cultural knowledge and relevance to your work.
Explore other industries to apply non-traditional thinking to the creative work.
Stay up to date with industry trends.
Contributing to the agency's thought leadership.
Use a wide breadth of tone of voice to build a story that translates to any media.
Foster a positive team culture by providing mentorship and coaching to junior team members, creating a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Champion and support the ideas of junior team members, refining and developing their craft.

Requirements:

Proven leadership in driving creative projects from concept to completion, inspiring and guiding teams toward excellence.
Aligning creative ideas with client objectives and overall brand strategy.
Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment that encourages growth and innovation.
In-depth understanding of audiences, integrating cultural knowledge and relevance into work.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and effectively communicate creative concepts and strategies.
Great knowledge of CRM and data world with a particular interest in fan engagement
