Are you a skilled communicator with a talent for shaping public perception and fostering internal cohesion? Do you have a strategic mindset and a proven track record in corporate communications and PR? If so, we want you to be a key player in managing our public image and internal communications.

We are seeking an individual who will play a pivotal role in enhancing our company's reputation, both externally and internally. This role involves leading our Corporate Communications team, providing guidance, and mentoring to ensure their success.

Key Responsibilities:

PR and Thought Leadership:
Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance the company's public image and thought leadership position.
Create and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers.
Identify speaking and thought leadership opportunities for company executives and subject matter experts.

Internal Communications:
Develop and implement internal communication strategies to ensure consistent messaging across the organisation.
Create and distribute newsletters, memos, and other internal communications materials.
Facilitate company-wide meetings and events to promote a cohesive corporate culture.

Social Media Management:
Manage the company's social media platforms and develop engaging content to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Monitor social media trends and oversee community management to maintain a positive brand reputation.

Case Studies:
Lead the development and publication of compelling case studies highlighting successful customer engagements and outcomes.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather data and testimonials for case study creation.

Awards Submissions:
Identify relevant industry awards and manage the submission process to maximise the company's recognition and accolades.
Showcase the company's achievements through compelling award submissions and collateral materials.

Crisis Communications:
Develop and maintain a crisis communication plan to effectively handle unforeseen challenges or reputational threats.

Management:
Effectively manage agencies and budgets.
Develop and mentor the Corporate Communications team.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in content marketing, preferably in the software or technology industry
Strong understanding of SEO, content distribution channels, and digital marketing
Experience managing a team and leading cross-functional projects
Proficiency in content management systems and analytics tools
