Senior Corporate Tax Associate

A leading internaitonal law firm in London are currently seeking a technically strong and commercially aware Senior Corporate Tax Associate.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing tax matters end to end - from structuring and advisory work through to deal execution. You will work directly with clients and partners, managing transactions from a tax perspective, providing strategic advisory services, and helping drive value on complex, often cross-border matters.

Who are you?

• UK-qualified (or common law jurisdiction) lawyer with 7+ years' PQE in corporate tax law.

• Proven ability to run matters independently and advise clients with confidence.

• Solid experience across transactional tax, structuring, and advisory work.
