Senior Creative Designer

Business is on a mission to elevate how their brand shows up across every physical and digital touchpoint—from product packaging to digital assets and beyond. Looking for a detail-oriented designer to join a high-performing Design team and help bring the brand to life across global markets.

The Role;
What You’ll Be Doing;

• Create high-performing visual content from creative briefs, applying brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with NPD, Marketing, and Commercial teams to deliver on-brand assets for new product launches.
• Design across multiple platforms including packaging, product surface, e-commerce, POS, social media, and more.
• Own the packaging process from concept to print-ready artwork, ensuring excellence in layout, compliance, and brand execution.
• Develop product design concepts using trend insights for both brand and key retail accounts.
• Work efficiently both independently and collaboratively, managing multiple projects and deadlines.

The Candidate;

• A polished, versatile portfolio showcasing creative flair and performance-driven design.
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar graphic design role - Packaging design is preferable and key to this role!
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects/Premiere Pro a plus).
• Strong experience in packaging design, product surface design, digital and POS design.
• Passion for detail, layout, typography, and brand storytelling.
• Awareness of industry trends and emerging design technologies, including AI tools.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach with a flexible attitude.
