Description

• Manage and monitor credit control processes to maintain healthy cash flow.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from clients.
• Prepare and review credit reports to assess risk and approve credit limits.
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of client accounts and payment histories.
• Handle escalated queries related to credit and payment issues professionally.
• Prepare regular reports on credit performance for senior management.
• Support the Accounting & Finance team with ad hoc tasks as required.

Profile
