Senior Credit Controller Urdu, Hindi or Punjabi Speaking

Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established and growing organisation based in Bradford, who are now looking to recruit a Senior Credit Controller to join their finance team.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives in a proactive credit control environment and can bring linguistic skills to support a diverse customer base across the UK and internationally.

• Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts
• Build strong, professional relationships with customers
• Resolve queries and disputes efficiently and diplomatically
• Provide regular cash flow forecasts and aged debt analysis
• Support junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Liaise closely with internal departments including Sales and Customer Service

• Proven experience in a Credit Control role
• Fluent in Urdu, Punjabi or Hindi
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Confident using Excel and accounting software (e.g. Sage, SAP, or similar)
• Organised, methodical and commercially astute
• Able to thrive in a collaborative and multicultural environment
