Salary: up to £38,000 + Excellent Benefits
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent (2 days in the office 3 at home)

Gleeson Recruitment are working with a leading name in the B2B beauty and haircare industry to recruit a Senior CRM Marketing Executive to join their Digital Marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in customer engagement, retention, and growth.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for delivering impactful CRM campaigns and lifecycle automations that drive customer retention and revenue. Working across email and SMS, you'll combine creativity and data insight to build targeted, engaging campaigns that speak directly to your audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and optimise data-driven email and SMS campaigns from brief to execution
• Plan and deliver personalised customer journeys and lifecycle automations
• Collaborate on campaign calendars and product launches with wider marketing team
• Build and refine audience segmentation to improve relevance and conversion
• Use tools like Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and BigCommerce to monitor and report on performance
• Help deliver the loyalty programme and support broader marketing KPIs
• Ensure GDPR compliance and database hygiene best practices

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in CRM, email marketing and customer lifecycle management
• Strong knowledge of segmentation strategies, campaign optimisation and A/B testing
• Experience with CRM platforms (Klaviyo and BigCommerce desirable)
• Excellent copywriting skills and a creative eye for campaign presentation
• Commercial awareness with a passion for driving results through data
• Highly organised, collaborative and proactive with great attention to detail
• A background or passion for the hair and beauty sector is a plus
