Forward Role are partnering with a well-known, fast-paced, B2C brand in the heart of Manchester to find a talented Senior CRM Executive who knows how to turn data into action.

What you’ll be doing:

• Support the planning and delivery of tailored customer journeys informed by behavioural data and predictive insights
• Set up automated campaigns that keep users engaged and encourage repeat activity
• Test different approaches to improve targeting, timing and messaging
• Work with other teams to make sure campaigns are delivered smoothly and on time
• Track performance and user response to help shape future activity

What you’ll need:

• Proven Email Marketing / CRM Marketing experience
• Comfortable using CRM and/or automation platforms
• Knows how to group and target users based on behaviour and preferences
• Data driven and confident working with data to guide decisions and measure what’s working
• Understands how to test and improve campaigns using A/B or similar methods
