THE ROLE

This company is looking for a CRM professional to lead a high-impact team of three, representing CRM in daily and weekly trading meetings to share campaign performance insights and ensure alignment across departments. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with revenue, commercial, and partnerships teams to plan and prioritise offer-led campaigns that drive business growth. You'll leverage customer behaviour data to enhance personalisation and campaign relevance and run structured test-and-learn programmes to boost engagement and performance.

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

• Experience with Braze (ideal) or other CRM tools
• End to end experience in the CRM lifecycle across app, email, push etc
• Line Management experience is a must
• Commercial and strategic mindset
