The primary responsibility of this role is to be a leading revenue contributor for the currency sales team, constantly achieving targets at both an individual and team level, whilst also account managing existing client relationships & generating new business.
You must stay current with financial developments across the global economy that affect the currency markets, clients and the organisation & will require a comprehensive knowledge of AML and KYC requirements.
Sales Responsibilities
* Account Management of all trading clients using various internal systems.
* New business generation from leads using internal systems.
* Execution of currency orders for clients in line with trading mandate and KYC/AML policies using trade systems.
After-Sales Responsibilities
* Accepting, verifying and managing payment instructions in line with security procedures.
* Post sales client support and account management.
* Supporting Business Development team with affiliate management specifically relating to client trading.
* Logging of relevant sales and after-sales information on the CRM system to assist the Business Development team with prospecting and affiliate management.
