Senior Customer Analyst (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)

An amazing and fast moving Fashion Brand are expanding their reach in the UK, US, Germany, and beyond — and they need help to understand customers even more effectively and fuel their next wave of growth.

You will collect rich data on what their customers love, buy, and come back for.
You’ll help transform this into insight, strategy, and action — driving customer value and business performance across global markets.

Duties include
Partner with Finance and Marketing teams to power smarter forecasting, budgeting, and decision-making using clear, data-driven insights.
Set ambitious yet achievable targets for customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value — and keep teams focused on what matters most.
Work closely with the wider Trading Analytics team to diagnose business performance and recommend actionable solutions.
Identify high-value customer behaviours and attributes, and translate these into strategy-shaping insights.
Collaborate across teams to share best practices and elevate the role of analytics company-wide.
Improve and streamline reporting, working with the BI team to build dashboards that are as actionable as they are insightful.

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in customer insight, financial planning, or marketing analytics — retail background a bonus.
Advanced Excel skills, and experience working with SQL (bonus points for Python or R).
Strong analytical thinking, matched by the ability to communicate complex data simply and effectively.
A curious, commercially-minded problem solver who thrives on digging deep into what drives customer behaviour.
Someone who’s not afraid to challenge the status quo and can influence decisions through compelling data storytelling.
