Joining a small team environment, at a senior level, this role will see you playing a key part in the delivery of service to key and escalated customers. Duties might range:-

• Escalated customer management as a key point of contact
• Written correspondence and creation/submission of reports to clients
• Budget management - overseeing budgets for parts/supplier orders
• After-sales care to customers
• Customer database management
• Policy writing and improvement
• Complaint handling / investigation and resolution
