This integrated marketing agency is looking for a Senior Data & Insights Strategist to join their growing data team. You'll play a pivotal role in translating performance data into strategic opportunities for both new and existing clients.

You'll work across a variety of accounts, bringing clarity to campaign performance through compelling dashboards, clear reporting, and insightful recommendations. You'll also support on pitches, helping shape proposals that showcase the value of data within a wider strategy.

What you'll be doing:

• Using data tools (Google Looker Studio, BigQuery, SQL, Tag Manager) to analyse performance and extract insights

• Delivering clear, client-friendly reports that demonstrate value and guide strategic decisions

• Building dashboards and monthly value reports with actionable recommendations

• Supporting the Head of Data Strategy with tracking implementation and service innovation

• Helping shape new business proposals and contributing to winning pitches

• Proven experience using performance data to drive marketing strategy

• Strong knowledge of paid media and SEO metrics and tools

• Confidence using BigQuery and SQL to manipulate large datasets

• Excellent communication skills-you can explain complex data in simple, engaging ways

• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and working at pace
