Senior Data Engineers - Remote/Bristol

Our client is a prominent, international healthcare business with their HQ in Bristol. They have experienced significant growth in recent years through M&A and currently going through extensive transformation including modernisation of legacy technology and implementation of new.

As part of this, we are seeking 2 Senior Data Engineers to work on exciting projects such as:

• Migrating to Databricks
• Onboarding new data sources
• Pulling data from new Oracle Fusion Implementation to new Azure Datalake
• Building extensions to LLM’s (AI) for a range of modern technologies used within the business internally and also to interact with their customers

You will join a team expected to grow to 20 over the coming 6-12 months. These are senior roles where you can add value as soon as you start. You will have experience in the following:

• Databricks
• Python
• Pyspark
• Azure
• SQL Server (T-SQL)
• Data warehousing

The team work in a flexible way. On average you will work 1 day a week in Bristol with some weeks more for peak project work and other weeks no days in the office at all
