Job Title: Senior Data Manager (DM)
Location: Welwyn (hybrid)
Hourly Rate: £50.00 - £56.00 Per Hour Umbrella

Our client, a leading organisation in the healthcare sector, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Data Manager with relevant industry experience to join their innovative team. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the quality, integrity, and availability of clinical trial data, driving key decisions in drug development.

Key Responsibilities:

Independently manage end-to-end data management activities for one or more studies, from CRF and database design to final study closure.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Biostatistics, Data Science, Clinical) to define data specifications, ensuring alignment with study needs.
Oversee vendor performance and resolve complex data issues using industry best practises and risk-based monitoring.
Evaluate and refine study-level data processes, fostering an environment of continuous improvement in efficiency and data quality.
Share technical expertise with colleagues, enhancing team practises and documentation.Your Experience Will Include:

Bring strong experience in clinical data management or a related function.
Have hands-on experience managing data for clinical trials, including CRF design and query resolution.
Possess a solid understanding of EDC systems and data standards (e.g., CDISC).
Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams.Desired Qualifications:

Programming literacy in SAS, R, or Python for data review or visualisation.
Familiarity with early-phase data types or adaptive study designs.
