The role
As a Senior DC Pensions Consultant, you'll manage your own client portfolio, delivering expert guidance and building long-term relationships. You'll play a key role in helping clients assess performance, navigate regulatory requirements, and implement innovative plan designs that meet both organisational and member needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead on DC Pensions advice for a range of trust-based and contract-based schemes.

• Oversee governance and compliance requirements, ensuring best practice is met.

• Analyse scheme performance, market trends, and business insights to drive client outcomes.

• Develop new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.

• Represent the firm at industry events, seminars, and networking opportunities.
