Senior DC Pensions Administrator

Are you an experienced Pensions professional looking for your next step? We're seeking a Senior DC Pensions Administrator to join an industry leading Third Party Administrator.

In this role, you'll:

• Act as a senior point of reference for technical issues and complex cases

• Mentor, support and check the work of junior team members

• Deputise for the Team Leader when required

• Deliver excellent service to clients and scheme members, ensuring service levels are met

• Contribute to projects, process improvements and complaint handling

What we're looking for:

• Strong experience administering occupational Pension schemes, particularly DC Pensions

• Proven ability to coach and develop colleagues

• Excellent organisational skills and accuracy in your work

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• A client- and quality-focused approach
