Senior Delivery Consultant - IT Recruitment Desk

My client is seeking a Senior Delivery Consultant with a minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience.

**Ideal Profile:**
**Industry Experience:**
- Tech recruitment background, particularly in fintech, buy side, investment banks, commodities, or tech start-ups/scale-ups.
- Experience in roles such as Data, DevOps, and Software Engineering (Python, C# preferred).
- Not interested in candidates from ERP backgrounds or those focused on Benelux/Germany.
- Preferably looking for a candidate who is stable in their career progression.

**Location Focus:**
- London, Geneva, or East Coast USA.
- Proficient in conducting regular face-to-face candidate meetings, either through VC or in person.

**Personal Attributes:**
- High energy, articulate, and ambitious.
- Naturally curious with high emotional intelligence.
- Capable of fostering strong relationships and generating leads.
- Seeking an individual who can specialize in a specific area in the medium to long term.

**Role Details:**
- Reporting to a Principal Consultant.
- Commission Scheme:
- 20% for deals £0-10k
- 25% for deals £10-15k
- 30% for deals £15-30k
- 35% for deals over £30k

- Base Salary: Up to £38k, negotiable for a strong candidate with 2+ years of experience.
- Working Pattern: 3 days in the office (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday).
