Senior Delivery Manager

UBDS is looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to lead high-impact service transformation projects, with a strong focus on automation and enterprise reporting through the ServiceNow platform. You’ll oversee complex delivery programmes, working with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and deliver measurable outcomes across a major client estate.

This role suits someone with proven experience in IT service transformation, particularly within public sector or regulated environments, and a track record of managing delivery across Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies. A strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB, along with experience in enterprise reporting and automation, is essential.

Key skills & experience:

• End-to-end project delivery across complex service transformation programmes
• ServiceNow (ITSM, CMDB) and automation implementation experience
• Strong stakeholder engagement and governance skills
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) desirable
• Familiarity with API integrations, data security, and reporting frameworks
