This autonomous role involves overseeing detailed design projects, mentoring junior engineers, and managing project planning, resources, and budgets. There will also be a focus on developing leadership skills providing support for transition into an Engineering Manager role. Other responsibilities include client engagement, leading meetings, and liaising with other teams to deliver projects to the high standards expected.

This role would suit a Civil Engineer with a background in the water sector who is looking for the opportunity to join a growing civil and structural engineering consultancy that can offer you the opportunity to develop your skills and progress into management whilst making being involved in innovated projects.

The Role:

• Work on water infrastructure projects
• Prepare technical reports, design solutions
• Background in AutoCAD and Civil 3D for drafting and design.

The Person:

• Civil Engineer with experience in the water sector
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Full UK Drivers License
• Commutable to Slough and Basingstoke
