Join a main contractor with an excellent pipeline of works in the Manchester region.

My client is a leading main building contractor that is well established in the market place. They operate regionally producing successful multi million pound projects. Due to an increase in recent contracts they currently require a Senior Design Manager's to join their team. They focus on projects in industrial, hotel and commercial office. They are looking for a Senior Design Manager to work on several large schemes between £10million to £60million in value.

The schemes are a variety of city centre projects, some large office refurbishments & some large scale hotel conversions. The Senior Design Manager they are looking for must be experienced in delivering projects for a main building contractor. You will be in charge of managing the design team chairing meeting and dealing a lot direct with the client.

To consider you will have proven experience of the following;

• Contracting experience of at least 5 years.
• Various forms of construction technology.
• Using Microsoft suite of Office programmes; inc. Excel, Word, Outlook and Project.
• Management of multiple projects or Projects of a complex nature or high value

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Design Manager to join a large reputable main contractor that has a strong pipeline of works within the north west region.
