Senior Design Manager

Berry Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager for a leading construction business in Cornwall.

The successful candidate will lead and coordinate the design process across a range of commercial construction projects, with a particular focus on care homes, hotels, and healthcare developments.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a Design Manager or Senior Design Manager
Strong commercial construction background
Experience delivering care home, hotel, and healthcare projects
Excellent technical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to work between office and project sites across CornwallSalary: £55,000 - £65,000 DOE + Package
